To register and maintain an Account on hq177, Users must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

To create an Account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. hq177 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age or source of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hq177 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Your registered name must match the name on your identity documents and any financial accounts used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
As part of our AML obligations, hq177 requires Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or at any time the Platform deems it necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) together with a recent selfie. Verification is a one-time process for most accounts but may be repeated if required by regulatory updates.

Without prejudice to Clause 8 (Prohibited Conduct), you must not use the Platform to:

Where amounts are referenced — for example, a welcome bonus up to PKR 25,000 or a migration bonus up to PKR 10,000 — these are illustrative maximums subject to published eligibility criteria and may change at any time.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied as a multiplier to the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 must be wagered). The applicable multiplier for each promotion is specified in that promotion's terms.
hq177 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus — and to suspend or close the relevant Account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that is abusive, fraudulent or inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors or using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play.
Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hq177 platform. Breach of this Clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances without recourse:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast or otherwise make available any Platform content without prior written consent from hq177.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hq177 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to:
